The mission of Activate Healthcare is to help transform health care by activating associates and their families to take charge of their health and organizations take charge of health care costs.

Activate Healthcare Values
Our values provide us guidance on how best to fulfill our mission and are based on the principles of servant leadership — with each of us serving our patients and each other. We use the letters of the word S-E-R-V-I-C-E. to help us remember these values.
